Justin Rice Obituary
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Bessie Buckner, Beverly Rice, and Lt Col Russell Rice, USAF Retired, and by an uncle, Johnny Buckner.
Justin is survived by his mother, June Marshall, his father Chad Rice, his step mother, Marie Rice, sister, Meagan Rice, grandfather, Daniel Buckner, four aunts, Mary Ann Buckner, Marchelle Rice, Kathy Flynn, and Debbie Buckner, an uncle, Scott Rice and his wife Patsy and many cousins and good friends.
A funeral service will be held on Sunday April 18, 2021 at 2:00 PM in H.D. Oliver Funeral Apts., Laskin Rd Chapel. Interment will follow in Eastern Shore Chapel Cemetery. Online condolences may be made to the family at hdoliver.com.

Justin,
I remember you in high school you were always kind and full of energy. I remember you would always ask how I was since I was always so quiet. I wish I could have talked to you more often. I don't think you realized how much it meant just to ask how I was. You were one of a kind. I will pray for your family during this time. You will be truly missed.

I loved you so much and I always will!
Your wise spirit and beautiful soul will help light the way for others. I can remember when they brought you home from the hospital and I was holding you in my lap just before Christmas dinner. Our first holiday together was so special. Then when you were about 18 months, I captured some beautiful baby pictures over at the house on Elon with your grandmother and grandfather Rice! After grandfather Rice passed, we took you to the fair where I captured a picture of you grandmother Rice up in the Ferris wheel! Good times are ours for ever! See you in heaven! Xoxoxoxo
