Lora Hott Obituary

Lora Frances Hott passed away on August 12, 2021 after complications from a recent stroke. She was born in Norfolk, Virginia and was 77 years old. She was preceded in death by her husband Leo, parents Jewel and Frances Baker and much loved dogs Rocket and Jack. She is survived by her son Scott and his wife Heather of Virginia Beach, VA; sisters Jewel Mazza of Orange, TX, and Janice Baker of Santa Fe, NM, along with extended family and dear friends, including her "Ya-Ya" sisterhood of Norview High School alumni. She retired from Smith Electric Company. Lora was a beloved member of the Atlantic Shores Retirement Community, where a Celebration of her Life will be held on Friday, August 27, 2021 from 1:00 to 4:00pm in their Anchor Room. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to the Virginia Beach SPCA.
