Oma Pearl was a loving person whose friendship was always there, without qualification, for any friend in need. She was extraordinary and will be missed by all who knew her. The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 1, at Mount Carmel United Methodist Church in Manns Harbor with the Rev. Bettie Francis officiating. Burial will immediately follow the service at the Midgett family cemetery, directly behind Mrs. Daniels' residence at 6922 Highway 64.
