I am so deeply sadden to have heard of Dick's passing. He always treated me like a daughter and was never short on hugs. I am fortunate to have worked with such a wonderful individual and will always remember him with a smile. Thank you for being such a wonderful man and helping me through a very dark time in my life, you will be missed.

I am saddened to learn of Dick's death and send deepest sympathies to Laura, Donna, Denise and Drema. A dear friend has been lost. Dick leaves us all with fond memories of our days together at MHT. Dick was an MHT original and MHT was the best!

so sorry to hear of Dick's passing...great fond memories of working with him at the old Manchester Airport-with him trying to keep us in line....and us keeping him laughing..

To Dick's family: I am so sorry for your loss. Dick was a great mentor when I first started at United in MHT as a kid still in college in 1989. I have many fond memories of working oversold and canceled flights at the ticket counter with Dick being there to tell me how to deal with the tricky tickets. Thinking of your family this weekend, Kris Hales
