To the family of Richard "Rick" Coen, Richard and I worked together at the Norfolk Sheriff's Office and shared many good times together. I was sad to hear that he lost his battle to cancer. May God bless each member of his family as you continue on. Always remember, as long as we live, Rick will live through each of us. Retired Major Jim Gillman
