Dear Family of Mr. Perry,

We are so sad to hear of the passing of your Father. Mr. Perry sold vegatables to us and the passing of his red truck through our neighborhood on Friday evenings was a summer ritual we all looked forward to. Our neighbors all poured out of their homes and gathered round, sharing stories from the week and good cheer.

He was a very kind, honest man and while my kids looked forward to the fresh peaches, corn and watermelon we always enjoyed the conversation. He bragged, unabashedly about you all and it was very evident that he loved you all very much.

You have our sincerest sympathy.

Dear Kristi...You have my deepest sympathy in the lost of your father. Bro Perry will be greatly missed in my life, for I looked so forward in seeing him in church and talking to him after the service. He was a very wise and spiritual man. God will be with you through these difficult times, you and your family will always be in my prayers

Mr. Perry will be truly missed by the staff and merchants at the Virginia Beach Farmers Market. We were just talking about him the other day if he would be out selling pumpkins this year. We enjoyed Mr. Perry and Mr. Roosevelt who we lost last year coming out and talking with them about family and friends.
Thank you for sharing him with us, you are in our thoughts and prayers.
