Walter Fields Obituary
Norfolk - passed away, peacefully on July 19, 2017 at age 72 at the Hospice of the Chesapeake in Pasadena, MD. Buddy was earlier employed by the Norfolk Naval Base, and as a Longshoreman in Norfolk, VA. He was preceded in death by his father Walter Fields Sr. and mother, Carrie Dunson Fields. He leaves to cherish his memory, and to Celebrate his life, his longtime companion Mildred M. Brown, siblings Elliott Fields Sr., Carrie Martin, Deloris Foreman (Clarence), Ethel Clayton (Louis Leon), and a host of nieces, nephews and friends. Viewing 9am to 11am day of service. A Funeral service will be held 11am, Monday, July 31st, 2017 at Metropolitan Funeral Services, Berkley Chapel, 120 West Berkley Ave, Norfolk, VA, 23523.
