Emma Lee Georges

Emma Georges is the daughter of the late Frank and Fannie Staton. She is survived by her daughter, Pamela M. Georges, and grandson, De'Andre M. Georges. She also leaves to mourn two brothers, the Rev. Dr. Lester Staton, Derek A. Staton; two sisters, Brenda J. Staton and Anita C. Staton, a half-sister, Shirley Jones; a host of other relatives and friends.

She retired from her position as Parking Manager for Children's Hospital of the King's Daughters, Norfolk, VA. She is a member of Knox Presbyterian Church, USA, Norfolk, VA, where she served as a Deacon and as an Elder. She is also for her "fried cabbage, pound cakes, and sweet potato pie." We love her and will remember her fondly, always. Pamela M. Georges.
