Chesapeake - 1/26/1936-7/11/2018. Bill is predeceased by father Clair; Mother, Fanelia and sister Gail.
He is survived by Ann, wife of 34 years and her son John Propst. His children by his first wife Marcia (deceased) are: Sherele Bergen of Portsmouth and daughter Stephanie of NY; Jeff Easterbrook, wife Pam & children Chelsea, Hillary, Holden and Hannah and husband Anthony of Lynchburg. Dan Easterbrook & wife Stephanie & their children Rachelle & husband Justin & Tyler & fiancé Andrea of Bath, NY.
It is their wish there will be no service at this time. When Ann passes away, she too will be cremated- their ashes co-mingled and deposited into the ocean.
