Miles Clark Obituary

Miles Kenneth “Ken� Clark, 88, of Pioneer Village, returned to his Heavenly Father on Monday, Jan. 17, 2022.
Ken was born in Nelson County, on Dec. 26, 1933, to the late George Russell Clark and Mary Ethel “Murphy� Clark.
Ken worked for General Electric for 25 years and he enjoyed golfing, gardening, University of Kentucky basketball, the New York Yankees, and spending time at his lake house.
Among those who preceded him in death are his parents; his loving wife, Peggy Jean Clark; four brothers, Joseph Louis Clark, Joseph Leon Clark, George Russell Clark Jr. and James Russell Clark: and two sisters, Mary Emma Donahue, and Mary Mildred Brown.
He leaves to cherish his memory his son, Jay Campbell (Lisa); two grandsons, Carter Campbell (Kaitlin) and Spencer Campbell; one sister, Mary Susan Richmond; many nieces and nephews; along with a host of other family and friends.
Funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 24, 2022, in the chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Highway at Brooks Road). Visitation will be held on Sunday, January 23, 2022, from 3-8 p.m. and again on Monday, January 24, 2022, after 10 a.m. Burial will follow at Brookland Cemetery.
