David Chartier Obituary
HAVANA - David O. Chartier, 73, of Havana died at 5:50 a.m. on Wednesday, May 23, 2018 at Unity Point Methodist in Peoria. He was born on May 8, 1945 in Kansas City to Raymond and Naomi (Miles) Chartier. He married Juina Standard on June 27, 1987. She survives. David is also survived by 1 son, Kelly (Stephanie) Deweese of Havana; 1 daughter, Nicole (Jerry Dial) Deweese of Tovey; 1 sister, Marilyn Meyer of Canton; and 4 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents.
David was a US Navy Veteran. He retired from Caterpillar as a laborer. A memorial service will be at a later date. Cremation rites have been accorded. Further information may be found at GaryDeitersFuneralHome.com.
