It is with a sad heart that we heard of Mr. Oathout's passing. We consider ourselves fortunate to have known him and members of his family. He fought hard and always had a smile on his face when we saw him. I know that my team is mourning his passing. I am saddened as well, but am forever thankful to have been touched by his presence. Our hearts go out to Mr. Oathout's family.
