I am deeply sorry for your loss of Shawn. He was a good man,and police officer. I truly will miss him too. I was his Sergeant for the past year. He enjoyed what he did very much. A very quiet person, but very enjoyable to be around. An empty spot will be in my squad.

You are in my prayers. He will be always remembered and has a special place in my heart.
We met in Arkansas in 2003 for training class to run Sams Club photo centers. He was so sweet that he traveled to Virginia to help me set up my photo center. He came to Virginia a second time so I could show him around the area that I live. We had a fun time sightseeing and taking pictures, of course. I never made it to Illinois to visit him and will always regret that.
My condolences and prayers to his family. Rest in Peace, Shawn.

Dear Ella, Michael, LuAnn, Angela and family,
Angie and I are truly so very sorry about Shawn's sudden death. I can't even begin to imagine what the pain and hurt must be like. We offer our condolences and know that God will uphold you with his loving arms around all of you. Shawn is at peace now and out of pain and with Grandma Sarah and Grandpa. I hope that gives you all some comfort.
I rmember when he was born. LuAnn and I used to go to your home and listen to Bill Cosby records and feed the dogs, I believe before Shawn came. That was a long time ago.
I missed seeing you this winter and hope to see you when you get to Kansas.
Know Angie and I care so much for all of you and send our love and concern.
Whatever we can do please let us know.
We love you all,
Francene and Angie
