Shirley Rawlings Obituary
LEWISTOWN - Shirley Rawlings, 77, of Lewistown passed away at 7:45 p.m. Sunday, January 20, 2019, at Havana Health Care.
Born March 17, 1941, in Peoria to Gordon and Verna (Kalb) Jones, she married Roger Isbell in 1957. She later married Richard Rawlings on March 16, 1977. He survives.
Also surviving are seven children, Deanna (Buddy) Hoopingarner, Alice (Scott) Payne, Kathy (Clifford) Haggard, Barbara Brentrup, Timber Isbell, Rae Lynn (Randy) Friederich and Robin (Gary) Jackson; fourteen grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; one brother, Richard White; one sister, Wilma Moore; son-in-law, John Brentrup; step-son, Richard Rawlings; grandson, Jerrad; and great-granddaughter, Scarlett.
Shirley worked for Keystone Steel & Wire Co. as a laborer for over 30 years, retiring in 2003.
The family will host a celebration of her life from 1 to 4 p.m. Sunday, March 17, 2019, at Hanna City Sportsman's Club.
Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Pekin is assisting the family with arrangements.
