To the family of Shirley Studebaker, you have my sincere sympathy. Recently, I had been thinking of Shirley & wondering if she was recovering from her stroke. I met Shirley several years ago, when she came into HR Block @ Cherry Tree. She was a fantastic lady & I definitely enjoyed her conversation. Prior to last year, I had stopped by her apartment to pick & deliver your information. She always shared a story & had beautiful classical music playing in the background. I never got to hear her play the piano, but I know she led a small service with music @ Grandview. Again, thoughts and prayers to family of a lovely person. Rose

I wish I would have heard this sooner - I loved Shirley dearly. I got to know her at Grand Victorian when I would lead chapel there. God bless her - she will be missed.

My sincere condolences to Shirley's entire family. Shirley and I shared many conversations and " duets. " She was the high light of all my music programs at The Grand Victorian/Morningside. She was the only person I know that could hit the high note at the ending of God Bless America!
She was always patient and willing to lend her expertise in music with anyone who was willing to learn.
She talked many times of her love of Paul, her boys and her and Pauls dogs. She was so proud of her sons.
She was also proud that she was a Studebaker and yes she had owned one!
I always looked forward to seeing and talking with her. She always stayed after my "gigs" for a nice chat.
I will miss her! She missed Paul so much and now they are together again. God Bless
