Paula Yvonne (Snodgrass) Persinger, 55, Huntington passed away peacefully on September 9 ,2025 with her loving husband, Edward Persinger and beloved pup Rocky at her side. She was born in Marion, Indiana on May 1, 1970 to Rex Snodgrass and Barbara (Shook) Brown who both preceded her in death.
Paula was a 1988 graduate of Oak Hill High School. She loved working for Indiana Box, being with her co-workers and was the happiest whenever she was operating the forklift. During her thirty two years with the company, she advanced from working in production to shipping manager.
Also left to cherish her memory is Aunts, Annabell (Erhardt) Ballschmidt of Amboy and Joan Rondot of Peru; Uncle, Jim Bentley of Rockport, TX; Mother-in-Law, Rebecca DeHaven; Brothers-in-Law, Daniel (Sandra) Walker; James Persinger; and Keith (Bonnie) Persinger; several nieces and nephews; cousins: Michael (Teresa) Hierholzer, Diane (Nancy) DiCicco, Maggie (Lisa) Given and Samuel (Sally) Hazelett.
Also preceding her in death: beloved pups Chloe and Stormy; brother, David Lowell Snodgrass, uncle, Ray Hierholzer; aunt, Lola Bentley and cousins Deborah Cunningham, Gregory and Charles Hazelett.
Visitation will be held at Laird-Eddy Funeral Home, 201 N. Main St., Amboy, IN, on Saturday, September 13, 2025 from 1:00 to 2:00 P.M.. Funeral service will follow at 2:00 P.M. with Pastor Norm Snyder officiating. Burial will be at Park Lawn I.O.O.F Cemetery, St Rd 19 and 700 E, Amboy, IN 46911.
