Catherine McKee Obituary

Catherine M. McKee, 54, of Canadensis and formerly of Long Island, N.Y., died Saturday at home. She was the wife of Craig J. McKee.

Born in Roslyn, N.Y., she was the daughter of Benjamin and Helen (Forde) Tymenski. Catherine graduated from cosmetology school in Babylon, N.Y.

In addition to her husband, Craig, she is survived by two daughters, Melissa Valenti and her husband, Joseph J., of Lake Wallenpaupack and Margaret McKee of Canadensis; two brothers, Benjamin Tymenski of Arizona and Joseph Tymenski of Babylon, N.Y.; a sister, Gloria Jean Navarez of Phoenix, Ariz.; three grandchildren, Alysa and Danielle Valenti and Alexis Hults; and several nieces and nephews.

The Rev. Barbara Housley will conduct a funeral service at 8:30 p.m. Tuesday, March 4, at Bolock Funeral Home, corner of routes 940 and 390 in Paradise Valley. There will be a viewing from 2 to 4 p.m. and from 7 p.m. until the time of service. Cremation will follow with private interment of ashes at Prospect Cemetery.

Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, 1101 Hill St., Jessup, PA 18434.
