Ardith Blucher Obituary
Born on July 6, 1943, in Jacobs Creek, Pa, Ardie dedicated her life to creating a warm and nurturing home for her husband of 62 years, James, and their four children.
Ardie's greatest joy came from spending time with her family and fostering a loving environment. Her homemade treats were legendary and her holiday gatherings were eagerly anticipated by family and friends alike. Her love of all crafts was evident in each handmade shirt, or dress her grandchildren wore and each quilt she helped them design.
She is survived by her husband James (former North Port City Commmisioner), children Kimberly (Todd), James (Cheri), Raymond (Cindy), and Ruth Ann (Wayne), eleven grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren.
A Funeral Mass for Ardie will be held on Wednesday, October 29th, at San Pedro's Catholic Church at 10:00 AM in the Chapel.
