Ced and I go back to high school. I was his Prom Date and friend. I remember his unique laugh & personality. Good guy! I promised to see you when I returned home & I still will . My condolences to the entire Brown family.

Everytime we saw each other usually at a funeral or repast. Cedric one of my dear and genuine cousins his presence and smile would lite up a room.
