Cuz Holly,

I still often think of my Cousin David all the good time we shared at Uncle SugarBoy house back in the days...

But, even more to this day if I hear Kool & The Gang's song Jungle Bookie...

All I see is my Cuz and me jamming...and him snapping his fingers and smiling...

Missing You still Cuz...
RIP... Now with Your entire Family...

Dear Holly & Children,

We wish to extend our heartfelt sympathy to you, Maxine, Jimmy, Mia Wilson, Roy Wright and the entire Echols Family during this period of bereavement since the passing of David.

In life we don't always see God's plan, but trust in him to guide you through these difficult times.

I will always remember David during our Emerson High School days, especially while playing football. Here's a quote I'll always remember when David was hit in a game, "Pace Pace Take My Place." We laughed for years.

May your memories of David, your faith sustain you and bring you strength and peace.

To Holly, Tammy, Maxine, Mia and Family

THE PLAN OF THE MASTER WEAVER

Our lives are but fine weavings
That God and we prepare,
Each life becomes a fabric planned
And fashioned in His care.

We may not always see just how
The weavings intertwine,
But we must trust the Master's hand
And follow His design,
For He can view the pattern
Upon the upper side,
While we must look from underneath
And trust in Him to guide...

Sometimes a strand of sorrow
is added to His plan,
And though it's difficult for us,
We still must understand
That it's He who flies the shuttle,
It's He who knows what's best,
So we must weave in patience
And leave to Him the rest...

Not til the loom is silent
And the shuttles cease to fly
Shall God unroll the canvas
And explain the reason why
The dark threads are as needed
In the Weaver's skillful hand
As the threads of gold and silver
In the pattern He has planned.
