Elizabeth Lightfoot Obituary

Elizabeth Lightfoot was born November 25, 1939 in Gary, IN to Elijah Williams and Ida Kelly. She confessed her love for Jehovah by turning her life over to be baptized as a witness on April 16, 1983. As an adult, she completed and attained her GED and was proclaimed valedictorian of her class. She was employed at US Steel Tubing Specialties from 1979 until the plant closed. Elizabeth was blessed with 4 children: Paris (Freda) Harris, Ida (Everett) Ware, Leroy (Phillis) Harris, Sylvia Hunt, and niece Melva Andrews. She departed this life on June 30, 2021. Memorial services will be held Friday July 9, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. All services held at The Gary Neighboring Services Center, located at 300 West 21st Ave. Gary, IN 46407.
