I saw this a bit later than other people I am sorry to say. Jim was one of those people who was easy to talk to . A bit of a gentle giant really. He inspired me to push myself to be the best engineer I could be. People like him made attending Purdue an enjoyable experience.

So sorry to hear about Jim...my husband,Snakie,one of his Purdue buddies thought highly of Jim....now they are together again....I am sure they are having a good time up there!

Jim was a good friend and a pleasure to work with and talk to. He always made time for you. He was always 100% honest with you. You can't ask much more from a human being.
And if you ever heard any of the stories of his days at Purdue..... yes! they were true.

We met Jim and his family at the Michigan City Marina about four years ago and always looked forward to seeing him and his family. He will truly be missed by all of us who knew him. Our thoughts and prayers are with him and his family. God Bless.

Jim, you were a great man, a great friend, and a great father. Hardly a day went past when you didn't talk lovingly about your daughters. Your laugh would fill the room, and your spirit remains. You now live with the angels, may your rest be peaceful.
