Jeremy Hoffman Obituary

JEREMY SETH HOFFMAN Fort Wayne, Indiana Formerly Hebron, Indiana Jeremy Seth Hoffman, age 33, passed away Tuesday, February 20, 2007. Jeremy was born in Valparaiso, IN on January 9, 1974. He graduated from Lowell Baptist High School in 1992. He then went on to graduate from Lincoln Technical School. He was a master auto mechanic at Dimension Ford of Fort Wayne specializing in diesel tech and had earned many rewards as a mechanic. When he was available, he helped out on the family farm. He was a member of the 1st Baptist Church of Lowell. He was a loving husband to his wife of 7 years, Sarah Rebecka (Rosenberg); and a great and loving father to his boys, Jae, Brett and Nathan. Blessed with a loving family, Jeremy is also survived by his parents, Ronald and Christy (Belstra) Hoffman of Hebron; and parent-in-law, Judy Rearick of Hobart; grandparents, Marty and Edna Hoffman of Hebron and Rita Belstra of DeMotte; grandmother -in-law, Nela Jacobson of New York; sister, Shayne (Ryan) Donovan of Hebron; brother, Aaron (Katie) Hoffman of Hebron; sisters-in-law, Michele (P.C.) Drouin of Fort Wayne and Lauren Rearick of Hobart; brothers-in-law, Karl Wehle of Hobart, Shaun (Amber) Wehle of DeMotte, and Christopher Rearick of Hobart. He was loved by all his nieces and nephews, Heaven, Ewan, Myah and Abby; and a large family of aunts, uncles, and cousins. Preceded in death by grandfather, Eugene Belstra. The family will receive friends at the Geisen Funeral Home, 641 N. Main St., Hebron, IN on Friday, February 23, 2007 from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. and friends will be received Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of services at 1st Baptist Church of Lowell. Funeral services will be Saturday, February 24, 2007, 11:00 a.m. from the First Baptist Church, 333 Mill St., Lowell, IN with Pastor David Hoffman officiating. Burial will follow at Plum Grove Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family prefers memorials for an Educational Fund being established for his children.
