JOHN D. SUTTON, JR. Gary, Indiana Age 56 years, departed this life Saturday, December 17, 2005. He was a member of New Hope Baptist Church (Memphis, TN). He was an employee of ISG Steel Corp. for over 30 years. He was preceded in death by his parents, John D. and Florine Sutton, and sister, Gwendolyn Sutton. He leaves to cherish fond memories: Loving wife, Ethel Sutton; 1 son, William Sutton; 4 daughters, Cora Sutton, Mari Sutton, Tracy and Stacy Sutton; 1 brother, James E. (Sylvia) Sutton; 1 aunt, Mae Ethel Sutton; 3 sisters-in-law, Maggie Staples, Sally Smith, Earline Hawkins; 1 brother-in-law, Lloyd Elliott; 12 grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends. Visitation Monday, December 26, 2005, from 12 to 8:00 p.m. Family hour from 7 to 8:00 p.m. at the Guy & Allen Chapel, 2959 W. 11th Avenue. Funeral services Tuesday, December 27, 2005, at 2:00 p.m. at Pilgrim Rest M.B. Church, 977 Chase Street. Rev. Charles Adams Jr., officiating. Interment Evergreen Memorial Park.
