To the Family of Laurice (Allen) Jones, I had seen Laurice only once since we graduated from Roosevelt. My comment then was "Stay as sweet as you are", and it seems to me she did just that.I was the guy who read the letter from her classmates. My prayers go out to you all.

Dear Jimmie,Helen, and all the family,
I share your grief. Laurice was a wonderful person and a faithful friend while we were growing up and attending Roosevelt. I have never forgotten nor will I ever forget her kindness, friendliness, and her caring and sharing spirit. I am sure she is with the angels.

I worked with Laurice for many years at Social Security. I will always remember her smile and her laugh. She was a wonderful person and it was a priviledge to know her as long as I did.
