Lynita Touchette Obituary

Touchette, Lynita "Lynn" Age 82, of Crown Point, IN, passed away on Monday, July 30, 2012 after a brief illness. Lynn is survived by three children: Rene' (Thomas) Trulley of Hebron, IN, William (Frances) Touchette of Crown Point, IN and Brad Touchette of San Francisco, CA; four grandchildren: Kathy Trulley, Diana (Bryan) Anderson, Gabrielle Touchette and Lauren Touchette; great-grandchildren: Jake Pittard and Kate Anderson; brothers-in-law: Louis (Rosella) Touchette of Belleville, IL, Bernard Holdner of Fairview Heights, IL and Harry Lignoul of Bradenton, FL; sisters-in-law: Bernadette Cheatham, Dorothy Touchette of Belleville, IL and Mary Rose Touchette of Twin Falls, ID. Preceded in death by her husband of 59 years, Albert "Doc"; parents: William E. Herndon and Lucille Seivers,; sisters-in-law: Agnes Lignoul, Albertine Holdner, Marcella Smith, Jean Touchette, Mary Helen Touchette and Teresa Touchette; brothers-in-law: Charles, Ernest, Vernon, Aloysius, Milton and Cyril, and Nolan Cheatham. Lynn enjoyed bowling, pinochle, and a good game of scrabble. She was an avid reader. The Eastern Star of Hebron OES #119 will conduct a service on Wednesday, August 1, 2012 at 7:00 PM at Geisen Funeral-Cremation & Reception Centre, 606 E. 113th Ave./South St., Crown Point, IN. Friends may visit with the family on Wednesday from 4:00 PM until the time of services at 7:00 PM. Services will conclude at the funeral home with private burial at Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens.
