VICKIE V. BELL-DILLARD August 1958 - December 2007 Gary, Indiana Age 49, departed this life on Monday, December 17, 2007, at Methodist Northlake. She was born in Gary, Indiana, on August 5, 1958. She graduated from Roosevelt High School Class of 1977. She attended Indiana University Northwest. She was a devoted Office Manager for TGI Friday's for 9 years. Vickie was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and sister. She is survived by her devoted husband of 29 years, Anthony Sr.; 3 children, Sharice, Anthony Jr., Da'Vonte; 2 grandchildren, Demetrius Campbell, and Deja Thornton. She is also survived by her parents, US and Ruthie Mae Stewart; mother-in-law, Jesse Dillard; brothers, Kenneth (Arco) Bell of Fort Lewis, WA, Alonzo (Ione) Bell of Richmond, CA, Ulysses (Toni) Stewart Jr., Herman (Jerry) Stewart Sr., Robert Stewart Sr., James (Mattie) Stewart, all of Gary, IN, Charles Frank, Allahue Frank, Larry Frank, all of Memphis, TN; sisters, Rosalyn (Carl) Jones, Wanda (Broderick) Morgan, all of Gary, IN, Euniece (Wayne) Nunn of Hammond, IN, and Patricia Frank of Memphis, TN; sisters-in-law, Marie (Don) Campbell, Carolyn (Theoddus) Woodfaulk, Charmaine Gardner; aunts, Hattie Johnson, Margaret Bell, all of Gary, Betty Gardner of Atlanta, GA, and Margaret Nickson of Las Vegas, NV. She also leaves to cherish a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives and friends; and godmother, Arlisa Patterson. She was preceded in death by 1 brother, Raymond Bell. Visitation Wednesday, December 26, 2007, from 12 noon to 8:00 p.m. with family hour from 6 - 7 p.m. at the Guy & Allen Chapel, 2959 W. 11th Ave. Funeral services Thursday, December 27, 2007, at 2:00 p.m. at New Angel of Faith Church, 416 W. 5th Ave. Interment Fern Oaks Cemetery.
