Karen, John, Matt and Jamie,
Words can't describe the shock and sadness I felt upon learning of Jeff's passing today.
I have so many great memories with him from Cape Cod, CT Diners, North Adams, Yankee Stadium, him playing the guitar -- the list could go on and on.
He was one in a million and could make anyone laugh at any moment.
I am blessed to have known him and to have had him in my life. I spoke with him not too long ago when he called to congratulate me on my wedding and he expressed how happy he was for me. A perfect example of his kindness.
Family was so important to him and I know that he is looking down from heaven watching over each and everyone one of you. I am also certain that he is playing music for all the angels in heaven and making everyone laugh.
Please know that you are all in my thoughts and prayers.

My condolences to the Perachio family. I'm very sorry to hear about Jeff. He was a great friend during my 4 years at MCLA. Unfortunately just found out the news today. I've spoken to quite a few of his college friends today and everyone is shocked and saddened to hear of his passing. Fortunately we have memories of him that will last forever.

Jeff was so unique in so many ways. A soft soul and a thoughtful tongue. I used to listen to him play his guitar for hours. After I met Jeff I couldn't imagine life without him. He is one of my top 5 favorite peope. And I will think about him every day now, just like I did when after we last parted.

I was very sad to hear about Jeff's passing. It was sixth grade and I don't remember why but Jeff and I had a spat and ended up in the infamous room 104. Somehow during our suspension we started talking and probably clowning around too. For the rest of middle school and all throughout high school we remained friends. You will always be missed friend.
