I worked with John and his brother Carl in Oconto Falls in the late 1980's. He is also my son-in-law's uncle. We have shared many family events with our families. He was always a gentle man that acted tough. He loved his family above everything and took great pride in their accomplishments. John will be greatly missed by his family, friends and all who knew him. Our hearts go out to Jill and the children. I am blessed to have known him. Rest in Peace John.

Jill and family, I met you and John about the same time, when both of you worked maintenance at NHC. I took an immediate liking to him for his humor and kindness. He always had a good morning and a smile. Several times I had to shove him out of the way (kiddingly) for a biscuit ir cookie at the NHC cannery. I'm so glad I saw you both several weeks ago at the OCHC and chatted with you both! I'm so sorry for your sudden loss! Words aren't enough. He'll be missed!
With sympathy,

Dearest Jill and Family - I am so deeply sorry for your loss. John had the biggest smile and was such an awesome co-worker. He will be missed using his master key to come through the main office door he's supposed to be exiting from, even though the entrance door is only steps away, lol. He will surely be forever missed. Big hugs and much love are being sent your way.
