The family would like to acknowledge the exceptional care, concern and love extended to Dad and the entire family, from the American Grand Assisted Living and Hospice Advantage. Dad expressed his feelings to us daily on how he was treated like family by their kind gestures and words. Hospice Advantage went far beyond what we expected. We could not have been more blessed by anyone else. We are forever grateful to each and every one of you.

My Dad (Jerry) really liked Leonard and his family. I remember him telling us stories about some of their adventures. The stories always made him laugh. May your memories keep you smiling. We have made a donation to St Jude in his memory.
