Salvatore DeMarco Obituary
Salvatore Joseph DeMarco, Jr., 59, died July 7, 2015 at his home surrounded by his family in Appleton, Wisconsin after a courageous battle with cancer. He was born on August 12, 1955 in Great River, New York to Salvatore and Anna DeMarco.
Lovingly, Salvatore lives on through the memories and actions of his wife Patricia, his sons Dustin, Benjamin, and Christopher, and his little girl Alissa. He is Super-grandpa to Kitana, Caden, and Arianna.
Salvatore remains in the memories of his brother Joe, sister Roseann and her husband Bob; mother-in-law Marie, sister-in-law Tina and husband John, brother-in-laws Rick and wife Linda, Clint and wife Martha, Dan and wife Ellen, Gary; Uncle Pete and wife Mary and many more aunts, uncles and cousins.
Friends and family will miss him immensely for his enormous heart, giving nature, loving personality, and self-sacrificing actions. Sal had a contagious sense of humor and brilliant charm, always celebrating life. He brought an inimitable passion into every facet of his life, a constant reminder that the world, and all that it encompasses, awaits us.
Salvatore was the adorer of an astonishing wife; he was everything to his children. He was the truest and most genuine gentleman. A concert enthusiast, and phenomenal dancer, Sal had the best moves and vocals in the house. He was active in the community, raising money for non-profit organizations for over 20 years. He was a passionate coach, teaching many young men and women the value of teamwork, sacrifice and sportsmanship. He took his family on countless journeys, exploring the country, sharing with them these remarkable experiences.
He lived life to the absolute fullest and will continue to flourish in the hearts of all.
The memorial service for Salvatore will be held on Friday, July10, 2015 at the Fox River Environmental Education Alliance, 1000 N. Ballard Rd., Appleton. A time of visitation will be held on Friday from 4:00PM until the time of the service at the Fox River environmental Education Alliance.

To All - - - I do not think of Sal often these days. But, I did not think of him often while Sal was with us! But that does not lessen the emptiness I feel when I do think of him. I miss the guy and nothing seems to change that. So Sal, here is what I believe - - - you are one of a kind that God put on this earth that enrichened all whom you touched. All though Sal was not physically in my life outside the one year that we moved to Appleton so that our son Brandon could play his senior year of basketball at Xavier HS with his son Chris, Sal was in my thoughts and my heart thru out the years and will continue so for as long as I live.
For me, this is a very heavy burden to carry knowing that he is no longer amongst us, but rest assured for he will surely be one of God's chosen few to be that Angel that God gives to us to look after the many that loved him while he was here.
May Jesus Christ be in all your hearts that loved Sal as I did.

Love never fails. Sal, you inspired a relentless love in your family and that is what will hold them together while they mourn/celebrate your transition to heaven until they join you someday. You have inspired a Christ-like love which never fails. God bless you Sal!
