Bradley L. "Brad" Smith from Chesapeake, Va., and formerly of Sugar City, went to our Heavenly Father on Wednesday, March 4, 2015.
He was born to Carolyn N. Smith and Larry B. Smith on Aug. 13, 1965, in Idaho Falls. He attended schools in Sugar City and St. Anthony.
He joined the Army and National Guard and proudly served his country from 1982 to his retirement in 2004.
He married Pam Orlikowski in 1989. They made their home in Chesapeake. To this union were born two children, Martin Louis Smith and Elizabeth Marie Smith.
Surviving loved ones are his wife, Pam; children, Marty and Elizabeth from Chesapeake; mom, Carolyn Smith of Idaho Falls; dad, Larry Smith of Salmon; and sisters, Karen Salverson Of Hermiston, Ore., Terry (Richard) Lockyer of Idaho Falls, Tammy O'Kesson of Fort Hall, Idaho, Lori Thomas Pocatello, Idaho, and L. Ben Smith of South Ogden, Utah.
He was preceded in death by Martin Louis Nave, Melvin Salverson, Andrew Jay Rupe, Britney Marie Lockyer and Linda Diane Smith.
