Bradley White Obituary

My condolences to the family of Brad White. I didn't know anything about his condition or the fact that he lived in Florence, Alabama. I knew Brad from training camp with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in 1984. I was a nose tackle also, vying for the back up nose position behind returning starter, Dave Logan. I didn't know him well but I vividly remember his grit and determination. A man of few words who showed up and competed every day. I wasn't surprised at all, that he went on and played some more years after leaving the Bucs. He was a fighter then and it appeared as though he fought to the end. Again, my thoughts go out to the family.

To Scott and the White family I send my deepest condolences to you on the passing of Brad. I knew Brad from grid kid football his father also coached Scott and myself. I ran into Brad just before he was heading to college at Tennesee,That was the last time I saw him. I followed Brad through his college career and the NFL. I remember Brad playing against the Bears in 1985 when he was with the Colts. He hit Walter Payton a few times. and once helped him up! Tough as they came out of Idaho Falls and the state of Idaho.
