Robert Dixon Obituary

Robert Dean Dixon, 77, passed away on March 5, 2025 in Boise, Idaho.

Born on August 18, 1947 in Idaho Falls, Idaho, Robert pursued higher education with dedication, earning a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Idaho before continuing his postgraduate studies at George Washington University. His academic achievements laid the foundation for a distinguished career in finance.

Beyond his professional success, Robert found immense joy in his personal passions. His greatest love was Santana Ranch in Lima, Montana, where he dedicated himself to cattle ranching. He also had an adventurous spirit and loved to travel, embracing new experiences and cultures along the way. Known for his generosity and deep sense of community, he gave back through numerous charities and foundations, always striving to make a difference in the lives of others.

Robert will be deeply missed by his wife Sara; his sons Timothy and Andrew; his daughter Adrienne; and his many beloved grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents Dean and Bonnie and his brother Dennis.

Those who knew Robert will remember him as a kind-hearted man with a sharp wit and a personable nature. His strength, loyalty, and caring spirit left an indelible mark on all who had the privilege of knowing him. May his memory bring comfort to those who mourn his passing.
