Joseph Greer Obituary

Joseph R. Greer Sr., 61, husband of Michele (Good) Greer, Lower Frederick Twp., died Monday, August 23, 2021, in Grand View Hospital, W. Rockhill Twp. Joseph was born on February 28, 1960, in Norristown, to Christine (Ronto) Greer and the late Patrick Greer. He was a graduate of North Penn High School. Joseph retired in 2020 from Merck, Sharp & Dohme where he worked for 20 years. He enjoyed fishing, golfing, listening to music, splitting and stacking the perfect wood pile, and spending time with family/friends. In addition to his wife and mother, Joseph is survived by his children, Joseph Greer (Kelly), Cristin (Mark Perkins), and Stacy Gratereaux (Martin); his step-daughters, Lauren Howard and Alison Melcher; his grandchildren, Karlee, Lindsey, Liam, Jason, Greyson, Dovia, Ella, Indie, Kiera, and Cassidy; and his siblings, Tom, Daniel, Mike, Kathy, Marie, and Mary Jane. A celebration of Joseph’s life will begin at 11:30 AM, Friday, 27th, in the Good Shepherd Mausoleum Chapel, Limerick Garden Of Memories, 44 East Arcadia Dr., Limerick, PA  19468. Friends will be received in the chapel from 10:30 to 11:15 AM, Friday. Burial will be private in Limerick Garden Of Memories. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, https://www.cancer.org/; Perkiomen Watershed Conservancy, 1 Skippack Pike, Schwenksville, PA  19473, https://www.perkiomenwatershed.org/; or Montgomery Co.
