JOSEPH POTTS, 43, OF ORLANDO, FL With his wife by his side, Joseph "Kevin" Potts, 43, aka "Cutie Pie" of Orlando, FL, previously of Pottstown, PA, left this earth to travel to heaven for "health and healing" on January 28, 2014. He is survived by his teenage crush turned wife, Christine Gallo aka "Hon". He was the beloved son of Donna and the late James Acel Fitchett Jr. of Brentwood, TN, and Larry and Marian Potts of Kimberton, PA; dear brother of David and Megan Potts of Knoxville, TN; admired stepbrother of Blaine Stokley of Pottstown, PA and Travis "T-Bone" Stokley of Kimberton, PA; loving son-in-law of Tom aka "Tornado Tom" and Jeanne Gallo aka "Bean Bag" of North Port, FL; fond brother-in-law of Tommy G from Gilbertsville, PA, and best pal-in-law of Jenee Gallo of Philadelphia, PA; uncle to his pride and joy Isaiah Potts. He was a brother in Christ to Michael and Becky Ford, Anthony and Kimberly Brennan, John and Jennifer Burns and Anthony and Lakeeta Brunk. Kevin was employed as a Senior Software Engineer at SAIC, McLean, VA. He was a 1989 graduate of Pottsgrove "Potts Vegas" High School and a member of the Pottsgrove High School Football team. He was a graduate of the University of Tennessee and Middle Tennessee State University. He was a competitive member of Fantasty Football 34, an avid golfer, an experienced poker player and a die-hard fan of the University of Tennessee Volunteers Football team. Go Vols! His happiest times were spent with his wife in Boca Grande Florida on the gulf coast fishing. His smile and friendship will be missed by many but never forgotten. As his friends and family move forward he would ask us to march on .. Go Team Orange! His family and friends will celebrate his life Saturday, February 8, 2014, 12 - 3 p.m. at the Bridgeport Rib House, Bridgeport, PA. A private family funeral will be held at the Armory Chapel in Boca Grande, FL.
