One of my favorite memories of Aunt Julie was when she gave Kealy her first baby doll. We were expecting Finny in a few weeks, and Aunt Julie insisted that we needed to get Kealy ready. She bought the perfect sized doll, which she had researched needed to be an appropriate size for the child. Kealy LOVED that doll and carried it everywhere.
One morning we woke up to find that Lily, our yellow lab, had eaten the legs off of the doll. Kealy insisted on keeping the doll and caring for it just the same.
Kealy is now almost 7 and we STILL have the doll. I've never been able to part with it because it was such a thoughtful gift from your mom. (And you can ask Betty, I throw EVERYTHING out).

I'm glad we still have the doll and such a wonderful memory of your mom to go with it. She was a wonderful, thoughtful, funny lady. I loved her outlook on life and her marriage to your father is an inspiration to all couples today.

Much love,
Maille McGough

Carl and family. Our deepest sympathy to you at this time. Julie was such a delight to be around. She always made us feel special and put a smile on our face even if we didn't want to. She will be greatly missed by us and everyone she came into contact with. We are going to miss her "popping" into dad's house just to say "hi".
Please remember you are in our thoughts and prayers at this time.
