Shayne and I were very saddened & shocked to hear of Dominick's passing. We knew he was ill but didn't realize he had so little time left. You all have been our wonderful neighbors for so many, many delightful years. We always looked forward to a ‘driveway chat' with Dominick when he was getting the newspaper, going for one of his walks or just getting the mail. I know he had a very happy family life and was devoted to you all. Millie, he told me that the years of his life with you, were the best ones of his life. He was very lucky to have you – and knew it. With our sincere condolences and lots of love at this very sad time…

During the 1970s the mail room was shared with the police traffic bureau. Many times Dominick would converse with me about generalities. I liked Dom, he did not need to join a clique to survive at work. I admired him as he could stand up on his own two feet. Dominick was a good man. My best to his family!
