Grace DePaolo Obituary
Wappingers Falls, N.Y. - Grace Ann DePaolo, of Wappingers falls entered into eternal rest on June 4, 2016 after a long illness. She was 58.
Born on October 30, 1958 in Pittsburgh, PA to the late Alexander Ferguson and Helen D. Ferguson, she grew up in Fishkill before relocating to Palestine, TX, returning to the Hudson Valley in 2009.
On Dec. 23, 1991 she married Richard A. DePaolo who predeceased her. Grace leaves behind her two sons, Anthony James DePaolo and Richard Alexander DePaolo.
She is also survived by her sisters Marie (Larry) O'Rourke, Susan Rumsey, Elizabeth Clarke, brothers Alexander (Anne) Ferguson, Glenn (Annmarie) Ferguson, David (Donna) Ferguson, brother-in-law Ronnie DePaolo, stepmother Dianne Latham Ferguson, 6 grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, and grand-nieces & nephews.
She was predeceased by brothers-in-law Nicholas DePaolo, Michael Clarke, Richard Rumsey, a sister-in-law Michelle DePaolo.
Grace will be remembered for her gentle and loving spirit, unlimited kindness, great love she had for the cats she rescued over the years, and her love of family- especially her grandchildren. She will be sorely missed.
Calling hours will be held at Delehanty Funeral Home, 64 E. Main Street, Wappingers Falls on Sunday June 12 from 3:00 to 6:00 pm. Burial will take place in Palestine TX at the convenience of the family.
