Philip A. Lottey

Windham, NY - Philip A. Lottey, 63, of Windham, NY, passed away on January 19th. Born in Philadelphia, PA, Phil resided most of his life in New York and was a 1969 graduate of Franklin D. Roosevelt High School, Hyde Park. He leaves behind his wife Hatshepsut Abdulkhabir of Windham. He is also survived by his children Justin Lottey of Albany, Sarah Lottey of Poughkeepsie, Katie Lottey Detty of New Hampshire and Albert Lottey of Albany along with their mother, Elizabeth Stritt Lottey of Poughkeepsie and grandchildren Conner, Cassidy, Jonah and Levi. In addition, Phil will be missed by his father, Rev. Jack Lottey of Clifton Park, his brother John Mark Lottey of Ithaca and his sister Nancy Lottey Dunn of Pennsylvania. He was predeceased by his mother, Elizabeth Scott Lottey. Phil enjoyed good friends, good food, good music and the beauty of the Hudson River Valley.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, Jan. 31,2015 at Decker Funeral Home, Windham, at 2:00pm. A calling hour will precede the service from 1:00pm-2:00pm Online condolences may be left at deckerfh.com
