Bill and Barbara were friends and neighbors of my husband and me during the twenty years we wintered in St Augustine. We enjoyed many dinners with them and missed them when we left St Augustine for good. Bill got me into the volunteer tax aide program. He was such a good teacher and leader in that program. My heart goes out to Barbara and his family. I’ll miss his emails and his friendship.
