David Palmer Obituary
Binghamton: David G. Palmer, 75, of Binghamton went to be with the Lord, Friday afternoon, Feb. 10, 2012 at Absolut at Endicott. He was predeceased by his wife, Martha L. Palmer; his parents, Courtland and Altha Palmer; two sisters, Roberta Conklin and Dorothy Starks; two brothers, Nelson Stafford and Richard Palmer. He is survived by his children, David Palmer and Kira Cunningham, Craig (Lisa) Palmer, Wendy Palmer and Keith Becraft, Todd Palmer; his former daughter-in-law, Toni Chris Palmer; his grandchildren, Dustin and Drew Whitney, Justice and Chelsie Palmer, Daniel, Brianna, Sayre, Lucas, Sasha and Ava Palmer, Daven and Sophia Palmer; two brothers, Joel and Courtland Palmer; several nieces, nephews and cousins. David was an avid hunter and fisherman and loved his dogs.
Funeral services will be held at the J.F. Rice Funeral Home Inc., 150 Main St., Johnson City, Thursday at 11 a.m. Pastor Justin Hoffman of Central Baptist Church will officiate. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Johnson City at the convenience of the family. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Thursday morning from 10 a.m. until the time of the service.

It's never easy to say good bye to the 1;s you love & hold close to your heart.And no words can help comfort you in this time of grief. Even though you can't see or hear them they will always be close by. Trying to tell you don't cry I'm OK.And I'll be watching over you until it's time for our great creator to call you home.We have an awesome God .And at times it's hard to understand why he calls us home when he does . Except for our souls to learn & grow Each time God grants us life again.

to my friends im really sorry about the loss of your father!!! i have many memories of mr.palmer when i was a child livin on conklin ave !! and they are all good and fun !!! hanging down at the river bank,sled riding on that hill at your house and many more !!!!may he rest in peace !!! and to you my friends you were blessed in life too have 2 parents that cared so much !!!!
