Donna McDermott Obituary
Donna (née Menendez) McDermott, formerly of St. Louis, MO, passed away December 29, 2012 in Binghamton after a brave and courageous battle against cancer. She was a beloved daughter of Mary and the late Vincent Menendez. She is survived by her three children, Gena (James) Gray, Kevin and Jennifer McDermott; grandchildren, Jay Fernandez and Katie Gray; sister, Deborah (John) Rushlow and brother, Vincent Menendez, Jr. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and nieces. She was loved deeply by all who knew her and inspired those around her with her unwavering passion for life. Her family wishes to thank her many nurses, doctors, caregivers and friends who helped and cared for her. Funeral services were private. Memorial donations to the American Cancer Society are appreciated. Arrangements are by the Fischer-Scholder Funeral Home, Inc., 269 Chenango St., Binghamton, NY.
