I will always be grateful for what he did for me. I wish I could have known him longer but I am glad to have had him for a grandfather and look forward to being with him again.

Gordon was also a foster parent. I lived with the Bartholomews from 1966 and 1967,they were a kind family and Gordon was an interesting and patient man .I've often missed them and thought good things about them ,I know Gordon is at peace with the lord.

Dear Bartholomew Family,
We are sorry to hear of your dad's passing. The last time we saw your mom and dad was in St.George, Utah back in the early 1980's, when they were planning to retire. That was fun.
We send our love and sympathies to all of you.

We will miss Dad here on Earth, but we know we will be reunited with him in the afterlife. I was blessed with a gentle, loving, responsible, and generous father. He taught me by his example, not just words. He loves Mom with all his heart, as evidenced by his affection and tenderness toward her. I will miss his "groaner" jokes, his bright blue smiling eyes, and his sweet, gentle voice. I love you, Dad.
