John Baron Obituary
of Chenango ForksJohn Baron, 77, passed away after a long illness on Monday, May 22, 2006. He will be reunited with his loving wife, Peg, of 49 years; and a special son-in-law, Anthony Yalch. He is survived by his son, John and Michelle Baron, Chenango Forks; three daughters, Vicki Baron, Castle Creek, Rae Yalch, Binghamton, Trudy and Larry Williams, Windsor; sister, Ann Ciringione, Binghamton; and his nine grandchildren, Amber and Shane Baron, Adam and Steven Derzanovich, Crystal and Kelly Yalch, Jessy and James Williams; several nieces, nephews and the special friends in his neighborhood. He was a veteran of the Korean Conflict serving in the U.S. Army. He was retired after 30 years of self-employment from Baron's Wholesale Florist Supplies. He will be well remembered for his sense of humor, practical jokes and singing talent. At John's request there will be a private burial.
