Dear Mrs. Francescone and family,
I was sad to learn of Mr. Francescone's death. My family, the Goodmans, lived next door to you on Aldrich Avenue in Binghamton many years ago. Mom died in March 1993, and Dad died in December 2010. My family and I always had great respect for Mr. Francescone.
Yours,
Mike Chalson

To the Francescone family,
My condolences on the passing of the Chief. I worked under him for the first 12 years of my career and always found him to be a fair but firm leader. I will never forget his laugh!

To the Francescone family
I was very sadden to read about Patsy passing, it brought back a lot good memories of days past when we both worked at Binghamton Coca-Cola.
I can still remember the first day that Pasty went to work for the Binghamton Police Department when he walked up Washington St with his fellow
Police Officer's to take his post on Court St.
Please know that our thoughts and prayers are with you at this time.
May the road rise up to meet you.
May the wind always be at your back.
May the sun shine warm upon your face,
and rains fall soft upon your fields.
And until we meet again,
May God hold you in the palm of His hand.

I am so sorry for your loss. Pat was a great man with a sense of humor. When I was a young driver he would put used parking tix on my windshoeld , then hide in a store to watch me squirm and "be cool" sneaking the tix off my windshiled. Always made me laugh trying to find which store he was in. Rest in Peace.
