It's been yrs since I've seen your face, heard your voice. I swear I saw you in a parking lot, in a mustang, yesterday. I stopped in my tracks. Then, reality kicked me in my chest. I think of you so often, still, always. You are one of my best friends for ever. You took so many of my secrets with you. I have so many of yours. When you passed I was in shock, as I still am today. I'm left with so many of our adventures. Going up the mountain in endi, push it over, hiking with crystal at wolf park LOL, drag racing every where the first few yrs we had cars, the last time we raced (I won again), when you came back for Christmas and surprised me (I cry every yr for you)(still have my sad little bum you said that's you with out me, now it's me without you) where's my sneaker!? the screaming spider, snake pit in my moms living room, whiskey in the new house, jimson weed, our strange and unusual trips, trick or treating on the block (eggs!) The look on my grams face when you did back flips off her roof, falling off the balcony at the muse... gravity b's at Steve's for days, the sound of you voice when you told me you were going to be a dad, and many many more memories and the last convo... Lose that girl she is trouble. I Should of listened Pauly. I close my eyes and your with me, until it's time to open them and see your beautiful face again. I love you now and always, your my best friend.

For the Ranucci family; no one knows your loss the way you do. My hope is that each of you find a way to feel the love and warmth of his presence even while you have to learn to live without him until you meet again one day.

It's strange... ever since you passed away I see you everywhere! In the car driving next to me... at the grocery store... even walking down the street I do a doubletake all the time. When Mo and I first moved here we didn't know a single person and you accepted us and even took us with you and your children trick-or-treating when you barely knew us. At work... if I was having a bad day you would walk by and give me a "Ranucci Flex" as you called it and it would always make me laugh. And I will never forget when we all played "hide and seek" in the basement at Dustin and Amber's!
I was shocked to hear the news. You were so full of life that it was infectious. You will always be remembered. Thank you for all the good times my friend.

Pauly, I've wanted to sign this book for a long time but I knew that I would never be able to put into words the kind of person you were. It's been 4 months since you passed but it seems more like 4 years to me. I'll never forget all the great times we had together. You instantly made life so much more fun and enjoyable. I never knew what might happen being with you. I miss and love you so much my cousin and won't ever forget you. Goodbye Pauly.

What a person I can't describe what Pauly meant to everyone in his life. When you hear someone say that Pauly was one of a kind, or irreplaceable, you have to understand that he really was that kind of person. Any memories or stories of Paul are always fun and bring a laughter and joy to everyone involved. I can't tell you how many times he made me laugh or even just smile. To Kayla, Macie, Joey, and Bella always know that your father was a great man who not only loved you very much, but also loves you today, and forever as well.

It took me some time to come here son because it is so final here. I write to you all the time and it helps to comfort me. You are very special to me and always showed Mom so much love and respect. You were such an amazing person with such a gentle spirit. You had a smile that would light up a whole room. You were such a devoted son, brother, friend, and most of all a wonderful father. You touched so many people with your kind heart. I am so proud to have you as my son. My life will never be the same with you not in it. Mama misses and loves you so much. Not a day or hour goes by that you are not in my thoughts. Rest in peace son untill the day we are together again.

I just wanted to say that it is still to hard to belive that Paul is no longer with us. I met Paul when his daughter Macey was in Pre-K with my daughter Zoe. He would always come in and help with the thing's that the kids were working on in class. I would talk to him as much as I could he was always so kind to everyone. The time before the very last time that I had seen Paul he had Joey with him up at the school to pick up the girls. That is when I had meet Jill. Jill I didn't really get to know you that well but u have a lot of love with u always. Then the last day came when I saw Paul he was telling me about his new toy his bike. I told him that I like it and he said well of course u would it's new. Any way I will never forget how much he loved his kids. To Jill and the Ranucci Family you are all in my prayers.

A son, a brother, a father, a grandson, nephew, cousin and friend.

Sorrow fills our hearts, a sorrow that is deep and personal. Our lives will be empty in the areas that Paulie had brightened for us.

Losing a loved one is one of the most difficult things we can go through. No words can express what we are all feeling right now. We have lost such a great person. From the day Paulie was born he was brave, adventurous a free spirit with a smile that won over everyone’s heart. He lived an amazing life filled with spontaneity and a passion for the good things. He wanted the finer things in life for everyone around him especially his loved ones. No matter the cost or inconvenience, he would try to make it happen.

Paulie carried his enthusiasm for life into becoming a wonderful devoted father. He loved his children more than anything else in the world, he cherished every moment with them and told them how proud he was of them. In one word, he was a man who gave. He gave everything he had to his children, Kayla, Macy, Joey and Bella, to his sister Christine and her 3 beautiful children, to his mother Patty and his father Joe. Here was a life that demanded notice…a life that inspired love and devotion…a life that burned so that others paths were lit.

Paulie is in heaven now and we are grieving his death because we miss him and love him so much, but soon it will be time to celebrate his life. To show his beautiful children all that Paulie was in life. So at this moment, let’s all think back and remember how Paulie touched each of our lives. How he made us laugh and how he took care of us. Paulie will be forever missed but I know in the right time, I will meet him again. We will all meet Paulie again and he will greet us with his beautiful smile and adoring laugh and hold out his arms and wrap us with his big Paulie hug. We love you and we will carry you in our hearts forever!

Paul and I were friends for all most our entire life. As kids we wrote in the snow together. As teenagers we caused trouble together. When ever one of us got in trouble our families new the other was close by. My mother loved Pauly as her own child, and if she were around she would be devastated. As adults we told story's of our past to each other, and argued who was tougher, then we would wrestle, get tired in about 30 seconds, and go have a beer. Threw Paul's death I have grown, and given thanks for my own life. I will always try to do good in his honer. I will always live every day to the fullest.

I love you Pauly.. Essays forever

I had the pleasure of working with Paulie, (“the Nucc”) as I liked to call him) in 2002 and again in 2008 at Synergy. I can say with certainty that out of the hundreds and hundreds of people with whom I’ve worked, Paulie is, without question, the most unforgettable. From his contagious smile, to his upbeat attitude, the spontaneous antics, and his surreal stories, Paulie made you laugh with him and at him. I couldn’t agree more with the countless friends and family members who have observed his love for his family- he always had pictures to show and stories to tell of them all. I could count on seeing him every year with his children at every “field days” that the Binghamton area had to offer. I cannot express how saddened I am by his loss, and how much sympathy I feel for his family. I feel truly blessed to have known Paulie and have the privilege of being his friend. He definitely made life more entertaining for everyone who knew him. My thoughts and prayers are with Jill, his beautiful babies, and his entire family. Rest in Peace Paulie…..

Joe and family,
I am so sorry to hear about the loss of your son. I know the burden that you are going through is unbearable and I understand the sorrow, grief and heartache as we lost Matthew 6 years ago. I will pray for you and your family every day and just wanted you to know that if you need anything - even someone to talk to who has gone through this - email me. Lean on Jesus and take it one minute, one second at a time. So very sorry for your loss.

He was a great guy and my fondest memory was at Joe's surprise 50th when Paulie presented his slide show of Joe's life. he was very proud and he did a wonderful job on it. I've never seen a bigger smile on his face. R.I.P. Paulie you will be missed! John, Desera and Ashton
