Richard Pichura Obituary
Richard S. "Fritz" Pichura, 78, of Binghamton, passed away in his sleep on the morning of 4/26/2017 after a short illness. He was predeceased by his father, Stanley; sister, Delores Tocyloski; son, Jack; great-nephew Bryan LaRose; god-daughter Michelle Kuzia and many dear close cousins and family members. He is survived by his mother, Sophie; sons Richard (Catherine) and Joel (Katie); very special grandchildren, Dallas, Chelsey, Kayleigh, Miranda, Morgan and Richard; many cherished nieces, nephews, cousins and special friends, most notably Robin, JT and Frank.
Fritz was a JCHS graduate and so looked forward to the annual 50+ year reunions. He was a long time member of the Knights of Columbus and 30+ year member of Endwell Greens Golf Course.
Fritz's passions included golf, cooking, gardening, mushroom picking, and wine and prosciutto making. His greatest joy was closely following all of the accomplishments of his grandchildren.
Fritz will undoubtedly be missed by many.
He has donated his body to Upstate Medical for research and to honor his wishes, no services will be held at this time.
A memorial will be held at a later date.

Pichura family, my sincere condolences. I knew "Fritz" only a few short years, but he shared his life story with me and I will miss him and his garden advice. He was a true treasure.

Fritz & jack were my neighbors on Adams ave, JC many years ago. I knew them well over the years. My heart goes out to the family, fritz was a great guy. May he rest in peace with jack. God bless.
