Ronald Leo Obituary

Leo, Ronald T.

Ronald T. Leo 49 went to be with the Lord on Saturday morning, December 19, 2015 at his home after a courageous battle with cancer. He was predeceased by his parents, Richard and Nancy Leo and his nephew, Kyle Frantellizzi. He is survived by his devoted wife, Sonja Fedor Leo; nine children, Justin, Antonio, Giovanna, Angelina, Antoinette, Rocco, Marcella, Milania, and Giulinanna; a sister, Lorene (Frank) Frantellizzi; two brothers, Richard (Annette) Leo and Brett (Mollie) Leo; his uncle Frank Leo; cousins; his father and mother-in-law, James (Monika) Fedor and his sister-in-law, Natasha (Malcom) Tripi. He was a retired Corrections Deputy for the Broome County Sheriff's Department. He was a very generous person, an avid outdoorsman, enjoying snowmobiling, riding his Harley, hunting and a lifelong Buffalo Bills fan. He was a loving and dedicated father, coaching pee-wee football, and cherished watching his children's sporting and school events. The family will receive friends Saturday, December 26, 2015, at North Pointe Church, 126 Service Highway, Binghamton from 12-2pm with a Celebration of Ron's Life Service at 2pm with Pastor Kenny Mulligan officiating.

To all of Ronnie's family please accept my sincere condolences. I was Ronnies next door neighbor, classmate a nd friend growing up. We had many adventures on Palmer Road. I was so blessed to have had the chance to visit and mostly remenisce about the old days at our last class reunion. I can tell you I was shocked when I found out how many kids he had and yet after he was done bragging about all of you I knew it was exactly as it should have been. Please live in the comfort of knowing he will always be watching over you.
