Thomas Vlasak Obituary
of Apalachin
Funeral services for Thomas S. Vlasak will be held on Friday, September 12, 2008, at 10:00 a.m. at the Estey, Munroe & Fahey Funeral Home, 15 Park St., Owego. Burial will be in the Jillson Cemetery, W. Warren, Pa. The family will receive friends Thursday evening from 5 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made in Thomas S. Vlasak's memory to the VFW Post #1371 or the American Legion Post #401.

I was so sad to hear about Tom's passing. Life is too short and my only regret is I didn't spend enough time with my classmate.

To all the Vlasaks-I couldn't believe it when I heard of Tom's passing, my deepest sympathy to all of you. Cherish the memories and the good times. Tom and the crew shared a lot of great times in high school that we will never forget. He lived ,he laughed ,he loved and was a guy whose grin you'll never forget. God bless you all.

I'm glad I got to talk with Tom before I moved. As kids we all played together alot and I still remember all the time spent at Aunt Ida's house. I use to talk with Tom when he'd come in from his mail run when ever I chanced across him in town. He'll be missed by me.

My sincere condolences to the family of Tom. As an old friend from the OFAschool days and "Cookie Jar " crowd it is a loss at too soon in life that Tom has left us. As we have all gone our paths, they will cross again.

Can not express our sorrow on the passing of Tom. We had a lot of great times in high school and after. Have seen Tom a number of times since graduation and was always upbeat. Our prayers are with the family.
